TL;DR: The 1TB Xbox One X normally retails for $499.99, but right now you can score it on sale on Amazon for just $336.99 — a 33% savings.

Every gamer’s got an origin story. Maybe you got a Nintendo 64 for Christmas one year and you’ve been playing ever since. Maybe your childhood self was obsessed with arcade games, so console gaming was just a natural progression. Maybe you’re a recovering horse girl who loved watching her college boyfriend play Red Dead Redemption in his dorm room and decided one day to pick up a controller herself. (Howdy, it me.)

Or hey, maybe you stumbled upon an amazing deal on a console and decided it was too good to pass up.

That brings me to my main point: Amazon is currently offering 33% off the 1TB Xbox One X console, bringing its price down to a new all-time low of just $336.99. We typically see it hover around $400 or so whenever it goes on sale (it retails for $500), so this is definitely a can’t-miss deal.

Not to be confused with the upcoming Xbox Series X, which is scheduled to drop later this year, the Xbox One X is a console from late 2017 — and at the time of its release, Microsoft claimed it offered over 40% more power than any other console. (It’s got a 6 Teraflop GPU to thank for that.) What that means for you is when you pop in your favorite titles, you’ll get jaw-droppingly immersive 4K environments in addition to silky-smooth gameplay.

While you’re at it, don’t miss Amazon’s deals on other Xbox consoles, bundles, games, and accessories, either.
