The highlight of the Garmin Venu Sq is its ultra-bright color display that makes it easy to check the time and your health metrics at a glance. Even with the bright touchscreen display, the Venu Sq promises up to six days of use on a full battery charge, or up to 14 hours in GPS mode. It also fits wrists with a circumference of 125-190 mm, which should be comfortable for most people.
From your daily life to intense workouts, the Venu Sq covers any form of activity. Pick from any of the 20 preloaded sports apps to track your heart rate and other fitness stats while you run, walk, bike, or even golf. It even features a Pulse Ox sensor to estimate blood oxygen saturation day and night to show how well your body absorbs oxygen. Besides apps to coach you along through guided workouts, it tracks other everyday health stats such as stress, hydration, respiration, and even mindful breathing exercises.
