Did you miss out on the PlayStation Classic when it was on sale a few weeks ago for $39.99 — and later for $49.99?

It was the lowest price we’d ever seem on the mini console and it was a deal too good to pass up. But don’t worry, the PlayStation Classic is back on sale again for just $40.75, or $59.24 off its list price on Amazon.

While this isn’t the lowest price on the PlayStation Classic, it’s damn near close to it. This is the mini console Sony released to compete with the Nintendo Classic Edition and the SNES Classic Edition, but with an eye to capture fans of the original PlayStation, which came out in 1995.

In fact, the PlayStation Classic is 45% smaller than the original, while it also features the same design and retro logos. It comes with two controllers, and a virtual memory card for quick saves, as well as 20 pre-loaded classic games like Final Fantasy Vll, Jumping Flash, Tekken 3, and more. It also comes with an HDMI cable, so you can hook it up to modern HD and 4K TVs.

If you missed out on picking up the PlayStation Classic for cheap, jump on this deal now and save. There are reports that some retailers might be using sophisticated algorithms to change prices on certain products based on demand and usage. This is just all the more reason to act fast before this deal goes away.

Still not convinced? Amazon customer Kevin C. Thomas writes:

“My two friends and I had a great time playing Tekken, Twisted Metal, and Metal Gear Solid tonight. I also did not notice anything unusual (not much slower, if at all) about any of the PAL games I played. They all seemed fine to me. I love the game selection and everything else about this device. The graphics are what I remember from the original PlayStation. Don’t listen to the critics and the bad reviews, if you ask me. Thanks, Sony!”
