The right point- and-shoot camera can deliver both, and Walmart has just the camera on sale.
The Canon PowerShot SX530 HS is available from Walmart for $249, that’s $130 off the listed $379 price.
The SX530 can be classified, specifically, as a premium point and shoot. This is because of the wider suite of features available on the camera that are similar to a DSLR. One main feature is the image wheel on top of the camera that can change picture or video settings between modes like auto, manual, or portrait. It also sports a 50x optical zoom, so it can get pretty good distance despite having a built-in zoom lens.
All around, the SX530 is a good camera that toes the line between simple and flexible very well. So if you find yourself in need of a camera and don’t want to deal with an “investment” like a DSLR, get this at Walmart while you can.
