Cost breakdown for U.S. carriers
It’s leaked out and has been teased for a while, but LG’s V40 ThinQ is official.
Yes, LG’s latest flagship has five cameras in total (two on the front and three on the back) that allow for some cool camera modes. It also has the 2018 flagship specs that you would expect like a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor and a 6.4-inch OLED display.
Interested buyers won’t have to wait long to get it as it lands on Oct. 18. The LG V40 ThinQ will start at $899.99 and will arrive on AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and Verizon in the United States. Keep in mind that pricing and pre-order timing can vary by carrier.
All carriers will get to take advantage of LG’s nationwide pre-order deal. If you pre-order the LG V40 ThinQ, you get a DJI Osmo Mobile 2 gimbal and a 256GB microSD card. After the pre-order period, buying the device will still get you the same 256GB microSD card. No word on exact timing for these deals, but chances are these are limited-time offers.
Here’s how much the LG V40 ThinQ will cost you.

Pre-orders will kick off on Oct. 12 with a launch in stores on Oct. 19. On AT&T Next, the V40 ThinQ will be $31.67 a month for 30 months, but at full retail, it’s $950.
T-Mobile
Verizon
Sprint
US Cellular
-
Along with the big four carriers, US Cellular will also be offering the V40 ThinQ. Exact pricing has not yet been unveiled, but it will cost $900 at full retail.
