Want to work out like Thor? Marvel star Chris Hemsworth is releasing his own fitness app.

Dubbed Centr, the app will be available for iPhone and Apple Watch starting Feb. 4, and features workouts, meal plans, and mindfulness exercises all helmed by the Australian actor.

“I believe we all have untapped potential,” reads Hemsworth’s website statement. “And we all need support to achieve our goals. Centr puts the world’s best in the palm of your hand, to help you develop a healthier body, stronger mind, and a happier life.”

The app hinges around a central feed, in which you can scroll through your weekly planner, see newly-added workout or meditation videos and recipes, and swipe to swap out activities you’re not into — yeah, high-intensity interval training, you’re outta here.

The app’s workout section features 20 or 40 minute sessions for home or the gym, with new videos released weekly, including boxing, HIIT, yoga, strength training and others.

Like most fitness apps, you’ll be able to set a goal and log your progress, and you can set your chosen intensity level. Centr can even use HealthKit with Apple Watch to log your workouts and record your heart rate.

Paired with this is the mindfulness section, which not every fitness app prioritizes, so kudos. The app promises guided meditations, confidence-building exercises, “sleep visualizations,” and tips for dealing with stress.

Then, there’s the meal plan section, which can be altered to dietary requirements including gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, or pescatarian, and comes with automated shopping lists.

Hemsworth developed the app with his wife, actress Elsa Pataky, along with a host of Hollywood trainers, a Hollywood stuntman, a Navy SEAL trainer, yoga and pilates instructors, a psychotherapist, meditation expert, a bunch of professional chefs, and more.

The app ain’t cheap, with pre-ordered subscriptions sitting at $15.99 a month (that’s with 20 percent discount for “founding members”), but that’s much cheaper than most gym memberships.

If nothing else, the trailer for Centr is a work of art, set in Australia’s Byron Bay and starring many offensively beautiful people, including Hemsworth, who whacks a colossal tyre with a Thor-like hammer and does yoga on an empty beach among other activities.

Until the app launches on February 4, if you’re in need of some celebrity encouragement to get up and seize that day, I can highly recommend Dwayne Johnson’s highly motivational alarm app, The Rock Clock. Maybe pair the two, depending on how much motivation you need (I need it all).
