1. Netflix is testing ads for its
original content that will play while you binge
watch.
Netflix users are not pleased, and took to
social media this weekend to criticize the move.

2. The EU is drafting
regulations to impose fines on firms like Facebook, YouTube, and
Twitter if they do not remove terrorist content within an
hour.
The Financial Times reported that the European
Commission has decided to abandon a voluntary approach to get big
tech platforms to remove terror-related videos.

3. Donald Trump criticizes
social media companies for “discriminating against
Republican/Conservative voices.”
He tweeted that his
administration “won’t let that happen.”

4. Jack Dorsey tries to
explain why Twitter ignored rules violations by Infowars for so
long.
 Speaking to CNN, Dorsey said Twitter
didn’t take action against Alex Jones until others pointed out
bad behavior.

5. It looks like Elon Musk and
Grimes stopped following each other on Instagram and

It’s unclear whether the pair remains a

 An

still collects its users’ location data even if they have their
Location History turned off.

 Now SoftBank is in talks to invest up
to $750 million in the company.
