15. Fresh Off the Boat, “Huangsgiving” (Season 2, episode 8) 

When the Huangs are tasked with hosting Thanksgiving dinner, Louis and Jessica are determined to make their celebration better than the ones hosted by Connie and Steve Chu in previous years. Unfortunately, the mounting pressure sets trouble in motion and soon Jessica is leaning over a raw turkey with a hairdryer, while Louis nurses a nasty head injury.

14. It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, “The Gang Squashes Their Beefs” (Season 9, episode 10) 

The folks of It’s Always Sunny aren’t always the nicest. That’s why, in this Season 9 holiday special, Dennis and Mac decide to host their enemies for Thanksgiving. What follows is a heart-warming, but also disastrous, series of conversations that maybe do more harm than good.

Best friends Cory and Shawn are eager to spend Thanksgiving day together; unfortunately, their families aren’t getting along. When the boys run off to spend the holiday with their classmates instead, the parents learn a valuable lesson about what it means to be grateful.

When Mindy runs into former fling Dennis (and his new girlfriend) at Gwen’s Friendsgiving, Mindy is determined to win Dennis back. She puts on her winning charm, busts out a stunning dress, and sexily whispers “potatoes” to… mixed effect. It’s romantic-ish?

10. Cheers, “Thanksgiving Orphans” (Season 5, episode 9)

Of course, we’re grateful for the Cheers gang — but are they grateful for each other? In this Thanksgiving special, tensions run high as Carla rushes to get the turkey ready before all hell breaks loose at the dinner table.
