Save up to 58% on Garmin, Fitbit
Let’s get two things out of the way: Yes, the Apple Watch Series 5 is a really great smartwatch. (So great, in fact, that our senior tech reporter Karissa Bell deemed it worthy of a Mashable’s Choice Award in her 4.25/5 review.) And yes, the Apple Watch Series 5 *also* happens to be on sale on Amazon right now, with discounts of up to 10% on select styles.
But before you go buying a wearable worth half of your paycheck, you should know that Garmin and Fitbit smartwatches and fitness trackers are *also* on sale right now, and they’re enjoying discounts as high as 58%. (I’m no mathematician, if I’m being totally honest with you, but I’m pretty sure that 58% > 10%.) Sure, some of the fancier models will still run you a few hundred dollars à la the new Apple Watch even after those savings are applied, but you’ll probably feel better plunking down that cash knowing you scored a seriously amazing deal.
Here’s a complete list of all of the discounted models that are up for grabs:
Garmin is coming in *piping hot* with a ton of deals on almost all of its smartwatches. (We’re really only missing its all-new fēnix 6 range, a line of premium multisport GPS watches that dropped this past August.)
There are two extra-special models we want to point out, the first being the Garmin Forerunner 935 (pictured above), a GPS running watch from 2017 that features a heart rate monitor, performance-tracking technology, a barometer, an altimeter, an electronic compass, and a borderline absurd battery life of up to two weeks. It normally retails for $499.99, but Amazon’s currently got it on sale for just $354.98. At 29% off, that’s its biggest-ever discount on the site. (Get it here.)
Speaking of: The heart rate-monitoring, steps-counting, calorie-tallying is *also* down to its lowest-ever Amazon pricing right now. You can order one today in imperial/kona purple for just $75.99, which is 58% off its $179.99 MSRP. (Get it here.)
More Garmin deals:
Amazon’s offering far fewer deals on Fitbits compared to Garmin smartwatches/fitness trackers, but its discounts are still pretty stellar. Don’t sleep on the (pictured above), a swimproof smartwatch with a four-day battery life that can track activity/workouts, sleep, and female health: It’s available in four bold colors, and it’s currently on sale for a just $99.95 (down 38% from its suggested retail price of $159.95 — that’s a mere 96 cents away from its all-time-low price of $98.99 from this past Black Friday.
