LeBron James quietly hypes new SUV
After 10 years of no Hummers, we’ve now got an electric Hummer and an inspirational speech by LeBron James to get you pumped about it. Yes, the discontinued gas-guzzler was officially revived this week. But now it’s an all-electric, battery-powered vehicle.
During the Super Bowl, GMC will tease the electrified SUV, even though the official Hummer unveiling won’t happen until May 20 at the Detroit-area plant where the car will eventually be produced.
So far GMC didn’t share much about the revamped beast except for a shot of the front grille and select stats, like how it can reach 0 to 60 mph in three seconds. Nothing yet about battery size or range. We’ll have to see how it stacks up against Tesla’s Cybertruck.
