The latest iPad Mini is on sale for its lowest price ever on Amazon
TL;DR: The 2019 iPad Mini with WiFi and 256GB of storage is on sale for just $519 on Amazon. It’s normally $549, so you’ll save $30.
There’s been lots of hullabaloo around the classic iPad lately, and for two good reasons: For one, it joined Tim Cook onstage at last week’s Apple event to debut a snazzy redesign. And two, that seventh-generation redesign went on sale on Amazon just a few days after preorders went live. (Always keeping things interesting, that Amazon.)
As Mashable’s Stan Schroeder reported, this new iPad is different from its predecessors in speed — it sports Apple’s powerful A10 Fusion chip — and especially in size. At a whopping 10.2 inches across (compared to the 9.7-inch sixth-gen iPad), it’s almost as big as an iPad Pro.
If a tablet‘s biggest selling point to you is its portability, the new iPad’s measurements might be a turn-off. That’s cool, though — you have an excellent alternative in the 2019 iPad Mini, which came out just six months ago and shares several features with the seventh-gen iPad. What’s more, its 256GB variant with WiFI also happens to be on sale right now: Normally $549, you can order it on Amazon for just $519. (Aside from its Prime Day pricing, it’s never been that cheap before.)
The 2019 iPad Mini is just like the 2019 iPad in that they both come with Apple Pencil support, a Touch ID fingerprint sensor, two cameras, and stereo speakers. In addition, both devices offer a battery life of up to 10 hours on a single charge for all-day use.
The iPad Mini sets itself apart with a slightly better FaceTime HD front camera (7MP versus the new classic iPad’s 1.2MP) and a lighter, thinner design. It also comes equipped with Apple’s ridiculously fast A12 Bionic chip — the same chip found in last year’s iPhone XS, XS Max, and XR.
Visit Amazon to order a 2019 iPad Mini with WiFi and 256GB of storage in your choice of three finishes (gold, silver, or space gray) for only $519.
